Body make something as drastic as what we see in this picture, has to hurt. But those who favor body modification seem to have no problem with that. Thus, this type of cosmetic procedures is increasingly common among teenagers, who say they like pain and it’s worth it to be fashionable.

Tattoos and body piercing are examples of body modification, but there are other changes that are more powerful, such as subcutaneous implants. Lady Gaga, for example, introduced “bones” in the cheeks and shoulders. And although these were temporary, as often happens when a public figure does something that causes a stir, more people are encouraged to test the experience first hand.
